The Wharf

While working with Landscape Architecture Bureau (LAB) Robert managed the advancement of the original concept from Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects through to construction documents for planting plans for the public spaces in phase one of the development.

The Wharf is one of the largest developments in DC in recent years and consist of 24 acres of land stretching from the Existing Fish Market to Ft. McNair. The developer, Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, has embarked on the first phase of this development. This includes but is not limited to Wharf Hall and Channel Apartments as well as other public open spaces. When complete the development will include 3.2 million square feet of residential, office, hotel, retail and cultural spaces.
